To assure trouble free installation and the best audio streaming possible follow these simple suggestions:
- You may need to disengage your firewall to begin your download.
- If you are using Norton or McAfee or any other Anti Virus, make certain to disengage them during the download.
- Always close out ALL other applications during conferences including ALL other audio devices such as SKYPE.
